The short version: use the data for yourself, don't resell it, don't abuse the service, and remember that odds data is information, not advice.
1. The service
aggr provides Pinnacle odds data through an API (REST and WebSocket), an odds board and this website. aggr isn't a bookmaker: you can't place bets through it. It isn't affiliated with Pinnacle or any bookmaker; their names and trademarks belong to their owners.
2. Your account
- Your account number is your login. Keep it safe: anyone who has it controls the account. Without an email address on the account we can't recover it.
- API keys are for your own code. You're responsible for what's done with your keys; revoke one if it leaks.
- You must be 18 or older, and allowed to use odds data where you live.
3. Plans and payment
- Paid plans are prepaid time at the prices on the pricing table when you pay. Nothing renews by itself: when the time ends, the account continues on the Free plan.
- Upgrading converts the unused value of your current plan into time on the new plan. Downgrading starts when your current time ends.
- Payments aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or the service was unavailable for a substantial part of the time you paid for.
- Prices and plans may change; a change never affects time you've already paid for.
4. How you may use the data
Every plan is for your own use, as an individual or a company: your own bots, models, research and tools, including for your team. You may not, without a separate redistribution licence (ask us):
- resell the data, or offer it through another API, feed or service;
- show it to the public, for example on an odds-comparison site, a tipping service or an app;
- share your account or keys with people outside your organisation.
5. Fair use
Stay within your plan's limits, and don't try to get around them (for example with several free accounts), break the service, read other accounts' data, or automate the odds board or website instead of using the API. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that do; where reasonable, we'll tell you first.
6. The data, and no advice
Odds are provided as they are. We work to keep them fast, complete and correct, but they can be delayed, missing or wrong, and the service can be unavailable. Nothing here is betting, financial or any other advice. Decisions you make with the data, and their results, are yours.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost winnings or profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. This doesn't limit any rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited.
8. Changes and ending
We may change these terms; if a change matters, we'll update the date above and, if you've added an email address, tell you in advance. You can stop using aggr at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Privacy).
9. Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their own country.
